SILVER DAY PACKAGE

Inlcudes Event Center/Gazebo’s:  12 Hours day of wedding

Tables, Chairs, Tablecloths for 60 guests, including wedding party.  Choice of white, red, ivory or black tablecloths (ADDITIONAL GUESTS $10.00 pp)

Additional serving help is available at $30.00 per hour minimum 4 hours. We highly encourage you to hire at least 1-2 servers. This fee is booking thru us only. Bartenders are not included.

No Pool Access/ No camping or Pets allowed

TABC Licensed Bartender is required for any hard liquor served other than beer and wine

GOLD OVERNIGHT PACKAGE

Includes 4 Hrs in Event Center for decorating & rehearsal, day before your event.

Includes Wedding Day check-in 10:00 AM check out Next Day 12:00PM (one nights stay) up to 30 people double occupancy.  Added guests for sleeping in cabins $25 pp per night additional cost.  EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT, CALL FOR AVAILABLITIY.

Swimming pool access from 9:00 AM Closes 3 hours before wedding event, weather permitting.

4 Hours with Event Coordinator, Dene Berry or staff  BEGINS AFTER BOOKING DATE Additional hours $40 per hour

Includes entire property:  

Two night stay for up to 30 people double occupancy (ADDITIONAL GUESTS $25 PP, PER NIGHT) Check in 1:00PM out 11:00AM

Pavilion with up to 60 guests, including wedding party.  ADDITIONAL GUESTS  $10.00 PP

Swimming pool access from 9:00 am to Dusk (weather permitting) Pool will close 3 hrs before wedding.

Event Coordinator $40 per hour

Bartenders $40.00 per hour minimum 4 hours

Servers $30.00 per hour minimum 4 hours.

Place settings $5.00 each includes:  plate, drinking glass, salad bowl, flat wear, napkin (white, black, beige)

Tables Round, Rectangle or Cocktail $15 each,  Tablecloths $15 each

Chairs $2.00 each /Serving pieces $15.00 each

Table Chargers $1.00 each

Customized guest gift bags and fruit and cheese trays available starting at $10.00 pp

Rent our canoe filled with wedding flowers for your special day $150.00

References available for catering, florist, bakery, photography and more just ask.
